I am confused about when to take the exam. I know the deadline for 2025 entry is Oct 2024 for Graduate Entry Medicine so when do I sit the UCAT test?

I don't think final dates have been released yet, but you sit the UCAT in the summer of the year you apply, to start the following year.
So for you, sometime from next mid July to end of Sept (roughly)
