Red Cheeks

I'm 17, and I have had red cheeks for most of my life. My face is clear and smooth, it's just that my cheeks are always red that go bright red from exercise and from blushing.

Is this normal? Is there ways to get rid of them?
My doctor never said anything about rosacea when I brought it up, so I don't really know.

It's made me self-conscious when people point them out or talk about how red my cheeks are behind my back, or when people assume I'm always blushing.

You can't 'get rid' of something if you don't know what's causing it, so see your doctor again.

You can tone down the redness with green-tinted make-up. Seriously, it's to do with red and green being complementary colours on a colour wheel and, because they don't contain shades of the other colour, they cancel each other out.
