Dropping out/Transferring

I’m currently enrolled on a 3 year undergraduate course and wanting to leave the course and university and attend a different one starting next year but due to accommodation contract it’s not possible for me to withdraw now so I was wondering if I’m still eligible for the 3 years of funding if I withdraw from my course after the year finishes but before 2nd year begins

If you start a new course the funding entitlement is calculated as follows:

Length of new course (years) + 1 (gift) year - years of previous study

So for a three-year course it would be 3 + 1 - 1 = 3 years

A four-year course - 4 +1 - 1 = 4 years
