It's best to check module overview for the universities that you are interested in.
I know Aberdeen does! Went to a tour and the lecturer had one hell of a story. Said there was a Biomed student who brought a can of tuna to a dissection. Cut the cadaver open, opened the can, stuffed it inside, took out a spoon and started eating the tuna out of the chest cavity. I do not think he was a Biomed student for very long

What a guy! 😝
Bristol has a course in Applied Anatomy which specifically allows you to specialise in human or veterinary anatomy and involves cadaveric dissection I gather.

Dundee also has courses in Anatomical Sciences and Forensic Anthropology through their Centre for Anatomy and Human Identification department which I believe both involve cadaveric dissection (they seem to use some special way of preparing the cadavers for this?).
