D to A in A Level

Would it be possible for me to improve from D grade to A by the time A Levels come around this year? I'm really struggling with the content especially with Maths but have no idea how to improve since I'm too stressed about how much time is left...

In regards to maths, you would ideally focus on past papers. Whilst the topic questions that you get at the end of each chapter would help consolidate your knowledge, the exam questions are what you would be facing i.e. you won't be given hints on what sort of question it is and it might involve multiple topics in one question.
When doing past papers, I would do the question once, review the answers, then review why you went wrong where you did. If you drew a complete blank in any questions, then read up the topic for the question. If it was minor errors, then pick out the errors you are making and see how you can avoid making the same mistakes in the future.
In any cases, if you score say less than 90% of the marks for a particular question, redo the entire question until you get the marks as necessary.
After you're done with one paper, move onto another paper and repeat the process.

Personally, I would pick up a revision guide for the exam board that you're with and use it for reference if you need a refresh on the topic. I would then go back to the exam paper and do further questions.
