Should I resit for A-Levels?

I just got my results for A-Level and I got CDEE (I did four subjects). Well, with the grades I could study a private university. However, it’s something it’s not something I want. I have already resit for AS once my grade were DDEE to now CDEE. Plus, if I were to retake during this upcoming May June session, by the time applying and all I am already a matured student, which may have other requirements.

If you are supposed to resit your A Levels, what are you going to do different this time? If you are using the same study strategies, then would there be any difference? Have you looked into how to improve your grades?

Also, what do you need your A Levels for? If it's for a specific degree for a specific career, what specific grades do you need?

Unless you can answer the above questions, it's difficult to say whether you should or shouldn't in my opinon.

Well, I wanna do something related to computing and technology, on average their grades needed would be B and above for at least 3 of my subjects, but ABB would be the standard for most of the school that I wish to apply. I would like to apply to any of the QS Top 100 schools. I did thought about foundation year but it would kinda restrict my choices, cause I thought of applying to China because of the cheap tuition fees.

As far as I know, you don't need to get a degree to go into tech.

However, if you want to study for a degree in IT no matter what, then I would suggest completely changing your studying strategy. Whilst you can also do alternative qualifications, A Levels are usually internationally recognised.

Yeah, I knew but you can do numerous courses online to improve yourself. Is just that my scenario, choosing tech seems something I like and going university is something like an escape from my parents cause my father is quite a typical businessman, he would rather me to go to work, but I personally would wanna study till masters.

Subjects I wanna improve would be economics and mathematics. Mathematics, I would say, I gave up a lot of time to help my other subjects cause Math was my still okay subject. So probably, I need to organise like a timetable and not to mention. I think one of the reasons I did bad is because I did the whole A-Level subject in one shot, cause I was desperate like needing to be on time to finish up everything so I could apply, but it ended this. Economics, I have did numerous past year papers and all, I was okay in school test, if nothing goes wrong I could at least have a B but Idk what happened to me maybe I was kinda like anxious. As for currently, the subject I got C, when according to the raw marks I scored quite okay but it’s just that the threshold kinda pull me to C.

Compare your strategy and study habits with the above. Are they different and if so how? If they are significantly different, then it's something you should consider looking into in order to improve. If you have used the above strategies extensively, then maybe it's not worth resitting.
Do also note, the above results are from the first page of Google. You can look for other videos for the above subjects.

I don't know which other subject you want to improve on, but the principle would be similar.
