Does the Duke of Edinburgh Gold expedition take place during school time?
or do any of the other activities ?
I think it depends on the school - my school runs the expedition during the holidays, but I know other schools take different approaches. If you can, ask whoever is in charge/anyone who has done DofE gold through whoever you're doing it through to understand what it would look like for you
