Desperate Advice Needed - Will I be able to complete a fourth A-Level?

I study three A-levels and I am predicted 3A*s.

I am really starting to regret dropping my fourth A-level at the beginning of Year 12. This is because I’ve come to realise that I would have enjoyed it and that I am finding the workload for three subjects manageable so four would not have been too difficult. Also, I feel like I am not achieving my true potential.
I know that universities only look at the top three A-levels but 4A*s just looks better than three.
Is it too late three months away from the exams to start the subject that I dropped and revise the entire content despite not having learnt it before?
