struggling to revise biopsych

Hi I’m trying to revise for a test I have on the 20th Feb and it’s on biopsychology and issues and debates and I’m doing AQA fyi, and I feel I can’t revise past the neurons part, like if I try to revise like synaptic transmission or like something else I can’t like idk I’ve tried to actively recall aloud when I’m revising, using my whiteboard, and Quizlet, exam questions and everything and I I’m stressed as I feel nothings working for me idk if I move to a new study space it’s still the same so idk how to sort this out as I want to just revsie it 🥲
