Applications open for the 2nd ever FIA Motorsport Engineering Scholarship

Applications have opened for the second ever FIA Motorsport Engineering Scholarship in partnership with Cranfield University. The scholarship is designed to promote inclusion in sport, and welcomes applications from students of all backgrounds. Applications will close on 1st April 2024.

Now in its second year, the scholarship supports one aspiring engineer to obtain a Master’s in Advanced Motorsport Engineering at Cranfield. Scholars receive fully funded tuition and living expenses. The current scholar, Argentinean student Jesica Salvini, started last October and alongside her studies is also a race engineer with Abdala Racing.

Cranfield University is a globally recognised postgraduate university, which has undertaken research, consultancy and testing for the motorsport sector since the 1970s. The university is also home to the FIA-approved Cranfield Impact Centre and AXSIM Racing which are widely used by on- and off- road racing teams from around the globe.
