Can I do my alevels at 21( did my Yr 12 in another country at 20 but wants to do yr 13 in uk) . Is that possible , if not what should I do . ( dream uni is imperial to study medicine).

There is no upper age limit for taking A levels. You could study for them at a local college, via a distance learning provider (i.e. online) or you could self-study. It doesn't matter which you choose - you'll be taking the same exams at the end of your studies.

Note that if you opt not to use a local college, you'll need to make separate arrangements for the practicals - as the practical endorsement is required for both Biology and Chemistry (which themselves are required subjects for Medicine at Imperial).
