CHange alevel choices

is it too late to swicth from alevel cs to alevel physics? my school just approved someone else to drop physics and instead pick up alevel maths and last year they approved someone to start alevel further maths in january

It is a bit late, but only your sixth form college can say whether you're allowed to or not. No one here can tell you that.
My advice is to ask them as soon as you can.

Further maths is an exception because they tend to do late enrollment for the A Level after sussing out whether you can handle A Level maths. I don't know why they allowed someone to drop physics and pick up maths last year; it could have been a special case.
