How to talk about clubs?

I’m applying for my first part time job (in retail) and I do two extracurricular clubs at my sixth form college, but I don’t know how to word it formally and apply it to the job.

I do creative writing and I also write for my college’s newspaper. I don’t know how to word and apply writing club to my CV, but in the newspaper club I write both independently and as a team, receive criticism to improve my writing skills, I have to multitask on multiple pieces at once while also having an eye for detail in order to edit other members’ articles.

Any help?

Anyone can say they work in a team, can multitask etc, so use facts and figures to demonstrate this, laid out in bullet points.

How often did you meet your deadline, how many people were there whose work you oversaw, how often is the newspaper published?
