data handling - putting figures into graphs

hi everyone, ive been staring at my tutorial work for an hour now and just cannot get my head around it, I was wondering if someone may be able to help me and tell me which graphs I should use.

Figure 1
THP-1 cells were grown for various periods of time (4, 6, 8, or 10 days) in the presence or absence of the activator lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 100 ng/ml). The supernatants were harvested and the concentration of the proteolytic enzyme Granzyme B was measured by specific enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay. Granzyme B concentration is expressed as ng/ml for a single representative experiment.
Granzyme B concentration (ng/ml)
Treatment Day 4 Day 6 Day 8 Day 10
Medium 2.5 5.6 6.0 5.8
LPS 10.4 216.3 151.5 125.2

Figure 2
THP-1 cells were grown for 6 or 8 days in the presence or absence of the activator lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 100 ng/ml). The supernatants were harvested and the concentration of the proteolytic enzyme Granzyme B was measured by specific enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay. A total of 4 independent experiments were conducted.
Day 6 cells Day 8 cells
Experiment medium LPS Medium LPS
No 1 4.8 100.8 10.3 128.5
No 2 6.2 92.7 9.7 135.7
No 3 6.9 96.1 13.1 127.7
No 4 5.1 58.1 8.3 115.1

Figure 3
THP-1 cells were grown for 6 days in the presence of various activators : lipopolysaccharide (LPS; 100 ng/ml); peptidoglycan (PGN; 10 μg/ml); CpG (100ng/ml); zymosan (10 μg/ml); uric acid (10 μg/ml) or silica (1mg/ml) or in medium alone. Cells were harvested and RNA prepared. mRNA expression of Granzyme B was measured by RT-PCR. Data are expressed as fold change in expression relative to the medium alone control for a single representative experiment.
Fold change in gene expression relative to control
