I don’t have any pros and cons for you, but I also got an offer for Glasgow!!! I don’t know where you are from but I am from there and the night life is something you wouldn’t get anywhere else. If you select Glasgow I hope to see you there! 🙂

Hi there,

Congratulations on both your offers!

I am just finishing my first year at Glasgow doing Mechanical Engineering and I absolutely love the university and city!

We have two student unions, who offer everything from club nights to ceilidhs to pub quizzes, and host numerous events throughout the year. The university in itself is situated in the West End, which is a super lively, fun area with loads of great cafes, restaurants and bars, and Glasgow in general has great student night life.

We have loads of societies and sports clubs to get involved in, and the vet school also have their own vet specific sports clubs. You meet so many incredible people and everyone is super welcoming and friendly!
