Gap Year

Hi! I've recently received all of my university offers, however I am starting in 2025 as I am taking a year out first. I can't really find much information about it, so of the following things, which do I need to do this year and which do I need to do next year?...Apply for accommodation, apply for funding for education + living costs, and go to offer holder days. Hi, I also did a deferred application, here how it was for me, your uni may be different for accommodation so check with them, but I doubt it
Apply for accommodation: next year
Apply for funding for education + living costs: next year
Go to offer holder days: could be either, I did neither
