Ntu accom help

Could anyone let me know if Glasshouse is any good? Im starting my first year at ntu and have heard mixed reviews about glasshouse accommodation.

My main concerns are it being slightly further away from the university compared to other accommodations. And that there wont be other freshers compared to halls
Ive also heard that the accommodation itself isnt good since the toilets are mouldy.

I’m applying for private accoms so Im just applying directly from their website!
Ive not personally used unico so im not too sure
what accom are you applying for? x
