U have to have an offer at any of the sixth forms you've applied to,to enroll. But college/sixth form isn't that deep you can just call them when college starts for a place and they usually give one.

Wait for an offer and also apply for other colleges. If u dont get in just call them in september for a place and they most likely will have lots of places. Thats how its worked for many people I know where I'm from.

Hi, I hope you’re well.

If I do not get a place at my chosen sixth form (a private school) due to low mock results then would it be possible (if I met/exceeded the entry requirements) for me to be granted a place at the sixth form on GCSE results day?

Also, can a bursary still be provided this situation?

Thank you in advance, any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Possibly but I would think all the bursaries would be allocated by then. You need to ask the school how bursaries are awareded though.
