never, never
If you haven't completed any exams it would be extremely unlikely that you would get an uncond. However, with the new AS system im not sure how it works - maybe if you have real good AS grades and you apply to a course requiring stupidly low points (EE, DE) then they might.
I got all uncond but only because I already have my results.
