Lidl

I have an interview for Lidl next week, and from previous interviews i know that the main question is why would i want to work for Lidl. My honest answer is I need the money but i know this wont go down well. Any suggestions?

"Lidl has such a wide brand recognition throughout the Uk and it has a great reputation for treating it employees and customers with respect and I feel that working here is a perfect opportunity for developing my skills to the next level"

Mention that you were researching the company (they love this!) and that you found it to be a very attractive option for employment.
