Childbirth, google it. Smaller scale, but stretching all the same. You see it on pornstars who are seriously 'gaping'. I've noticed it less but still there on both my ex girlfriends who've gone from virgin to however many times a day/week for a year and I'm only 6 inches with a bit bigger that average girth. Still tight though. Girls who say they need 6.5 inches or bigger (I've heard 8" used as a benchmark!) are effectively ruined.
