A 65 year old obese man comes into A&E complaining of shortness of breath, chest pain that gets worse while he's breathing and has been coughing up blood and feeling really dizzy. He recently had a pelvic surgery (irrelevant what the surgery is) and is noted to have tachycardia. What to do?
