How much more difficult, on a scale from 1 to 10, do you think the transition from AS to A2 is? I heard a mixture of responses when I asked the same question to some of my friends with the answers ranging from 'not too difficult' to 'horrendous', 'much harder' etc. Also, share any good learning strategies you think are useful for A2 study.
Depends on the subject to be honest. Some have big and difficult gaps (Like social sciences) whereas others have moderate gaps (Like sciences) Though on a scale of 1 to 10 personally, I'd say 4-5?
In A2 you should knuckle down and get WHATEVER information you can get. It's not the syllabus that is hard, it's the exam questions that are difficult so learn how to answer them. Repeat often and I think you'll be fine!
Just stay on top of your work, do whatever will help you remember the info best. For me, it was lots of coloured markers and pictures. Honestly, it's not that bad so don't worry
Biology - 2-3? It's basically learning a bunch of crap all over again Chemistry 4-5 - Understand the content in class but have fallen behind due to not doing going over it so I guess I have forgotten the organic, some of it anyway. Maths 5 - So far it's been okay. Fingers crossed.
