Well there was another thread about height and a poster who was Indian said that Asians in General are short which I know is true, however most Pakistanis I know aren't actually short... So was just wondering what it's like on here <br />

90% of the Pakistani guys I've met aren't short they're all like 6 ft and stuff

Hmm yh I do see quite a few but then I see even more shorter ones, perhaps it's an area thing so like the most 'type' of Pakistani lives in one area more? Lol like their ancestory 'tribe' might generally be short ....

Tbf, Pakistanis "tend" to be a bit shorter than European people Though Im happy being around the average for an English person

Also shorter people live longer apparently - if it weren't for the fact that we're predisposed to a **** tonne of health issues

Ahahah gosh I hope that's not true... And ahah pretty much any pakistani adult I know, doctor or not, has diabetes, high cholesterol/blood pressure

Yeah we're pretty predisposed to that kinda stuff unfortunately Though diabetes type 2 is generally lifestyle choice.Let's say the person who's most likely to have high cholesterol is a 40+ year old, south Asian male, who doesn't really do any exercise and is a couch potato

At least you have your gender going for you On the plus side, it's harder for us to get skin cancer, and our eyes are better in the sun (unless you're me ) because of the brown iris

Hmmm interesting stuff right there, ngl tho pretty sure most pakis try stay out of the sun due to this 'lighties are more prestigious' -(which I'm extremely against)

Screw that thinking. If it's sunny, Im going out in the sun THough Im not as dark as some other people. This stuff goes back centuries unfortunately ie: the rich didn't work in the fields

And nope. Just stuff I read when I got my own cholesterol checked, and I have an interest in this sorta stuff as well
