For Physics;

AS: 2 exam units and 1 internal assessment.
A2: 2 exam units and 1 internal assessment.

For Chemistry;

AS: 2 exam units and 1 internal assessment.
A2: 2 exam units and 1 internal assessment.

Plural of 'forum'.

Try the general A level forum.

Not to sure on Edexcel but I think for physics and chemistry you do 3 at AS and 3 at A2. 4 exams in total with two controlled assessments.

Not sure about chem, but I am doing a level Physics on Edexcel at the moment.

For Edexcel A level Physics you take 3 units for AS (2 exams and one experiment based) and for A2 you take, similarly, 3 units as well (2 exams and one experiment based).
