Tbf, I think I might have just got the "cheap" cheese. Blue cheese varies from brand to brand I think. This was the cheap Aldi stuff. I have the cheap Aldi stilton, but apparently stilton is meant to be made to a ridiculously high standard. I also discovered this (watch at your own peril)
