Best way to revise History & Psychology?

I do A2 / A level history & psychology, WJEC exam board. For history i have 4 booklets to revise (one nazi and 3 british history) and 21 essays for psychology. I was wondering if anyone had any tips? Every year I've changed my revision pattern and any new tips or ideas would be amazing!

Psychology and History are the two that I haven't done anything for and am actually actively avoiding at this point... So many case studies to memorise and sooo much History to learn!

I got an A in PY1 and a B in PY2 so
if you need help I can definitely give you a hand..
wait till you get to A2 is sucks big time - REVISE EARLY!
PY3 you have 6 essays to learn and research methods stuff
PY4 you have 21 essays with description and evaluation....start early as ****!
