Is NTU lenient?

I've applied for International Business with French and I was wondering if NTU is lenient with their entry requirements. Is it likely that people with lower grades will be accepted through clearing? I need BBC but it's likely that I'll get BDD. My A Levels are English Language, Sociology and French.

NTU let me in to do Biological Sciences with an E in Biology when they required a C, but I guess it depends on the module leader!

That sounds promising. What year was this? Also, did you have to go clearing or did the uni just let you in on results day?

Sorry for my late reply it was 2012 and they were my second choice, first one rejected me and on ucas NTU had given me a space
