I work at KFC, any questions (please be serious)

OK, I have been working at KFC in Rotherham for 5 months now, I would like to share my experiences with you all, so if you have any specific (serious) questions about working for KFC then I would love to answer to the best of my abilities

I don't want silly questions like how long does it take to get the grease out or anything like that

Are you aiming for a managerial positions soon?

How do you work with very difficult customers?

Is there any politics going on in the restaurant's management?

How do you ensure that the foods are safe to eat?

How does KFC ensure that the right employee is being hired?
So what really is the secret to KFC's might fine chicken?

What is your work schedule like?
Can you tell us the secret 11 herbs and spices?
The worst customer you served?
What was the process into getting the KFC job and how was it done what questions did they ask you?

I'm starting work at kfc in Manchester and I have been asked to bring in my national insurance confirmation letter. I don't have this document, will my national insurance number be enough?

Also what bank details will they need from me and have you got any tips or advice that would help me to deliver the best service?

Shift Manager maybe, not sure about anything beyond that at this time

How do you work with very difficult customers?

I have not had to work with customers as of yet

Is there any politics going on in the restaurant's management?

Not that I know of, the manager is a really nice guy

How do you ensure that the foods are safe to eat?

By cooking the products to the company standards

How does KFC ensure that the right employee is being hired?

I know that the manager at my restaurant does check that the person has experience in the industry or that they at least have retail experience

Thanks

So what really is the secret to KFC's might fine chicken?

It's the way it's breaded and cooked (and the 11 herbs & spices)

What is your work schedule like?

It's random, I usually do between 30 & 37 hours

Thanks

Nobody knows (except the Sanders family), not even the factory that makes it (well factories, as there are 2 one makes one half of the mixture & one makes the other then they come together before being delivered to store)

The worst customer you served?

I have not worked front counter yet, but I have seen some very awkward customer (seems that drunk people usually are the worst)

I applied online, then I got asked to an interview, they asked me why I wanted to work for KFC, what experience I have & what makes me the best applicant for the job

Also there were some other questions about the job specifics
