well went to sleep like 4, stayed on my phone till 5, cba to wait so got up at 7 lol, no real reason tbh

I just got up, my problem is I sleep too much 13 hours yesterday.

haha same here, i usually sleep like 10-13hrs without an alarm. But im going to try set my sleep cycle back to normal today seeing as i ain't sleeping.

studying? I got to apply for uni this yr.

wow really? haha fair enough, differently people req. different amounts of sleep to be at their optimal state ain't it? i think my optimal amount is actually somewhere betw. 7.5-8hrs :smile:

My optimum is also the same ad yours but life is too short to be wasting it sleeping but instead waste it on TSR haha

Oh duuude if that's the amount of sleep you need...don't under sleep! It's actually really dangerous for your health, it'll affect your concentration (in other words grades), your growth and weight etc. Duuuuuude geet yooourr sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep lol.

On weekdays i will sleep late and wake up early and weekends sleep early wake up late to catch up on lost sleep :smile:
