Is anyone else having trouble uploading a photo to pass? I click upload and it just directs me to a black screen. Btw, i'm in block A Flat 13 Tramways anyone else??

Yeah I'm having trouble uploading it too. Every time I do it the screen goes blank !

I've just got my welcome pack from Chester and I'm confused about freshers, do you have to buy a wrist band online? Because I've got a golden pass which tells me to collect my t shirt???

I think wrist bands are optional, I was told they are a waste of money
