How long would it take to make a made to measure dress?

trying to work out an average amount of labor hours it would take to make an evening dress for a semi skilled dress maker, any ideas would be appreciated :smile:

When I ordered a dress it saying 6-8 weeks but that includes ordering fabrics etc. I made a skirt and it took me about 8 hours. Depends on the complexity of the dress. A simple shift wouldn't take too long but an elaborate gown might!
