feel sorry for Debuchy in all honesty, he was never going to make it as our first choice by this season though anyway, bellerz' progression was seen from a mile off

Kos and Gab should be ready for Barca apparently. Hopefully we field as many players who have faced Barca before, putting Chambers in is just suicide

Just going to throw it out there, Chambers was exceptional at cdm when he came on against leicester on the weekend. Obviously playing him at cb against that barca team won't be good but people should give him a LOT more respect than they do.

Don't think you'll ever convince the detractors, if he's doing well against the current top five so far they'll just conveniently change the definition of "big game", after all they don't care about what he can do.
Also we're top of the h2h table vs rest of the top four even if we lose to spurs and city. which counts for nothing because of our form vs the rest of the top half.

RVP only had a year left on his contract and Man Utd offered £24mil which probably swayed it..

Debuchy just wanted a 6 month loan which Man Utd would've paid very little for.

The number of men they have on the pitch does not degrade his performance. His close control is very good and his ball skills are exceptional for a big defender and someone who looks very dopey. His passing was also very good under pressure.
