Slowly tearing my hair out... Calming methods?

Anyone any idea how I calm myself down about my AS exams?

I'm not a stupid person, I got 5 a*'s and 4 a's at GCSE and in my AS mocks I got 3 a's and 1 B. I can achieve high standards but I've never felt more of a failure when it comes to these exams.

At the moment it just feels like I'm in a hamster wheel and whilst I am working, I'm not actually getting anywhere. Any ideas on how to calm down?

Exercise, music or maybe invest in some kind of treat for when you take a break.
