Buckingham Palace Job

Anyone else applied this year or done it previously that would like to share their experiences: what the interview is like - whether they ask the general customer service questions (I applied for retail) or specific questions about the palace as well, whether you enjoyed it and how flexible they are with the start and end times of the contract?

Hiya,

Friday the 26th. You? What position did you apply for? I'm awful at interviews, but hopefully it's not too bad.

The 23rd. Retail assistant, the same as you. Hopefully it won't be too daunting as they're mixing things up a bit with the group activity and whatnot. I think as long as you're confident and smiley you should be alright :smile:

It said it when you booked the interview slot and also in the confirmation email they sent. Group task, one-to-one interview, a presentation and uniform measurements.

Ah ok, I think mine said task you can't prepare for or something like that but I remember hearing about the group activity on some older thread. Thank you! How was it?

Yeah. Really enjoyed it and went well but I'm obvs not gonna get my hopes up until I know the outcome :smile:
