I can't motivate myself to do homework or revise. !!
Neither can I - so I get someone else to do it for me (the motivation not the homework!).
Ask your parents or siblings or friends to help you - break down what you're going to do for the next 20 minutes, do it and then report back to them about what you've done/show them your work/explain what you've revised. External pressure is really effective.
