Can you get a C in A2 biology by learning make schemes ?

I'd say use the time that you have now to quickly refresh your mind on what you have learnt during your A level. You can do this by reading your class notes or textbook.
I wouldn't say that learning mark schemes will do you any real benefit since questions change every year.
