I think the officer had the gun to his chest long before anything.
Trigger happy gone wrong.
Add to that shouting stay on the ground to someone you already shot in the chest point blank, just as an excuse to shoot him some more.

Agreed. But the key to staying sane is to focus your energies on what you can achieve and just put to the side those things for which you can do nothing. Not reading the news is a good start too. You can't worry about that that you don't know.

It sounds harsh, but worrying about stuff you can do nothing about is simply a waste of emotional energy.

Why are black people always more likely to be shot? Do they have a sign on their heads that says shoot me! Can't people see they are HUMANS just like anyone else. They just have a slight more melanin on their skin!

please do go for trauma counselling because it isn't easy but make sure you know your rights and if in trouble always tell people. Never suffer in silence
