London Academy of Excellence, Brampton Manor or NCS?

For those of you in London, I somehow managed to bag offers from all three of the supposedly best colleges around this area and now I have no idea where to go. Any help? I'm planning to take chemistry, physics, geography and maths (mechanics). A little weak on the maths so if any of those colleges are particularly good with their maths support, do tell me about it.

Brampton Manor bumping their minimum GPA from 6.5 to 7.0 (I'm a 6.9) has been a little stressful but I understand it's because it's oversubscribed and I'll just have to do a little better since I'm just 0.1 off.

NCS all the way. They are a maths and science specialism and students are raving about the teaching and opps. I've spoke to some of the students and I've yet to hear a bad word about the NCS come out of their mouths. Can't say the same for the students I've spoken to from the other sixth forms. They also sent a student to MIT and have 33 offers for medicine and 9 Oxbridge offers. It's only their second year.

Yeah I've definitely been leaning towards NCS for the majority of this time too. The location is the most convenient too. My only beef is that they have a very arrogant air about them, but that doesn't matter much when it comes to my education and opportunities lol
Nah dude, LAE is the one you would want to go to. They are much more better.

Lmao sorry I thought all schools taught that essay technique. It's supposed to help you structure paragraphs; point, evidence, explanation, link. I'm not convinced by just "LAE is better". Why do you think it's better?

Me and everyone I know that got offers got it by mail a month ago. I don't know anybody who didn't get in, so I'm not sure how they're letting people know that they got rejected.

Yeah, I reckon you should email and ask whether or not you were accepted since you didn't hear back. It would be the WORST thing if you were given an offer but it got lost and they dropped you bc they thought you weren't interested anymore.

Are your predicted grades up to scratch?
Defo NCS - great place to learn, full of like-minded aspiring ppl. They've got some of the best teachers (all left from a local school they made great) and have an amazing track record to date
I have a friend there and while he misses moving away from his secondary, it's given the environment to get those 4A's at AS

The only one I'm worried about is maths. They need a 7 for the courses I want and I'm on a 6. Everything else I'm sure I can handle but ya never know

I'm sure that if you master all the topics by going through them one by one, asking for help where needed and getting a TON of papers done (I mean all of them. Every. Single. One.)
Maths is a language of numbers - you'll have to practice and practice it before you can get fluent. Capiche?
