Tuesday: 30 mins intense circuit training, 150 strength reps(dumbbell curls, dumbbell squats etc), 15 mins yoga
Wednesday: 400 strength reps
Thursday: 30 minutes intense circuit training, 30 minutes pilates
Friday- 30 minutes yoga
Saturday- 30 minutes intense swimming, 400 strength reps
Sunday- 30 minutes kickboxing,15 minutes callisthenics, 15 minutes pilates.
THANK YOU!

The multipliers for PAL- extremely inactive, sedentary, moderately active, vigorously active, extremely active.

Now it makes sense I would say vigorously active.

People sometimes use sedentary, so as not to overestimate then adjust as they do or do not get weight loss. The key is not to overestimate because you will get calories you havent earned and that is an obstacle for a deficit.

Thank you so much! I'm not looking for a deficit, hoping to maintain because I'm more or less where I want to be in terms of weight and muscle

Just weigh yourself a few times a month and adjust. i.e not obsessive, Just watchful. Common sense.
