Missing an A-Level

I'm so unwell right now but have an A-Level exam tomorrow. I need an A and I think I did quite good on paper one but around an A/B grade on paper two. Should I just stay at home and get the exam board to give me an estimated marks? Has anyone had experiences with estimated marks? Was it what you wanted, less, etc?

I haven’t had any experience with it, but I did know a student who was literally dying (she had cancer, was in hospital with IV drips connected, and died a few months after) and still continued to do her A-levels. It really depends on how sick you actually are.
