I took kalms and drank alcohol ?!

Hello,
So as the title said I took two kalms and before you judge me I’m going through a hard time so I drank 1.2 units of alcohol. Should I panic? Will it be alright?

Usually with things like that where you're not meant to have alcohol with it it's because it can increase side effects like feeling dizzy, sick, tired or emotionally unstable. Best to check with a pharmacy to be sure, but I expect it's just that and that you just might have to deal with some side effects. Still, try to avoid it in the future.
As some general advice, alcohol is not good if you're having a hard time. I often makes negative feelings stronger and can lead to issues like dependency. If you feel like you need some support you could try something like meditation techniques or counselling.
