exam question

can someone help with i'm stuck on the conversion
a eukaryotic cell has an actual diameter of 25 micrometres. the observed diameter of the eukaryotic cell in a photomicrograph is 1.5 cm. calculate the magnification used to view this image. show your working.

magnification = image size (observed size under microscope) ÷ real sizeconvert 1.5 cm to micrometers = 15000 so15000/25 = 600xSo a magnification of 600. I think..

So you know that magnification= image( observational size)/ actual size
You need to convert 1.5cm into millimetres which is 15mm
Next you need to convert the 15mm into micrometers which is 15000nm because you X1000.
Then do:
15000/25= 600x magnification
thank you I wanted to know if i was right and I was

I get confused with conversions thanks for helping me
1500/2500....3/5 could be the probable answer
