My advice is to stop. Stop spending time and energy and starving yourself to lose weight. Maybe don’t weigh yourself until new year. Give yourself a break. It won’t seem easy but in 10 years, the difference between a few pounds is nothing. Unfortunately today, people are obsessing over weight and it’s so upsetting. I know it may not feel serious, but I advise you talk to a doctor about how you’re feeling, as they can refer you to specialists that can really help you - not to loose weight, but to have healthier goals.
