How to lose weight fast? Help???

So I’m 18 years old and I’m 5”2 so quite petite, I’m in lockdown and before lockdown I was about 9 st and now I’m 8st 9 sometimes go down but usually back up to 8st 9, I go to sleep around 2/3am and wake up about 2pm to stop me from eating as much, I’m happy with my body but I just want to be better and lose a bit more, I’m wanting to go down to 8 stone, I want to get to that before lockdown ends on the 2nd of December, as when I’m at work I eat a lot. And it’s hard to eat healthy when I’m on my feet all day and burn so much energy I just crave bad foods, so I’m wanting to lose weight now before I go back, I’m eating one meal a day but not going down in any weight and I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong, how much weight could I lose by December 2nd? It would me very appreciated if I got some advice Thankyou!
You can't.
And even if you got close to your goal, you would very quickly regain the weight that you lost.
Why do you want to loose weigh?

no point. as soon as you start eating normally, you'll gain all all that weight back. a permanent lifestyle change is the only way
So,Although I totally see where you are coming from - weight doesn’t actually always relate to caloric intake (is the food you eat)There comes a point when your body is at its healthiest, and at less than 9st, your weight is lower than most people’s healthiest. My advice is to stop. Stop spending time and energy and starving yourself to lose weight. Maybe don’t weigh yourself until new year. Give yourself a break. It won’t seem easy but in 10 years, the difference between a few pounds is nothing. Unfortunately today, people are obsessing over weight and it’s so upsetting. I know it may not feel serious, but I advise you talk to a doctor about how you’re feeling, as they can refer you to specialists that can really help you - not to loose weight, but to have healthier goals. It can be scary, but it’s so much safer to be early and talk to someone now. Wish you all the best with this, if you ever need to get some help there’s people out there x
losing fast is not a good idea, you need a long-term plan.

I appreciate the reply and yes I have heard that if you starve yourself you just regain all that weight...I guess I kind of have an obsession if I’m honest, I’ve always had a problem with my body even when I was 14, I went to the gym at 14 and hated it, I have learned to love my body so much more, the more I have grown up, I just think I would be so much happier being able to reach that 8st goal..I would feel so confident and happy, I know starving isn’t the best option but what if i reached up to my goal and then I just east healthy meals on a balanced diet, my head just gets to the best of me I guess, it’s definitely an obsession..

I think if I was taller I would be quite ‘thinner’ but as I’m only 5”2, I haven’t grown in a few years so I have the usual ‘thick thighs’ which I love my legs it’s just I would like to lose weight on my tummy area and my arms for sure...I think not weighing myself until new year is a great idea, I think it’s an obsession I have, I don’t eat all day and then I eat dinner and I weight myself like every 2 days which is VERY unhealthy to do and I do need to stop that..I do look on social media and see all these perfect bodies but it’s not really all that it’s more of me, I would personally like to just like to have the body I create in my head and I do think I could get there it’s just I know when lockdown ends and I go back to work it’s just going to get worse...which is why I’m trying so hard to just not eat and if I reached my goal by the end of lockdown I could then go onto a balanced diet and I did go to the gym before which I would when I go back to work, I think I a doctor would help..Thankyou so much for being understanding, I really appreciate it x

Have you ever spoken to anyone about that? Maybe there are other ways of making yourself feel more comfortable.

While weightloss might seem like the answer, I doubt it would provide you with much relief for long. The grass always seems greener on the other side

If you feel like it, have a look at this website, I don't know if it is relevant to you. https://www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk/

Thankyou for the reply and yeah I have researched so much onto it, going back to work is just going to make it so much harder, I work long hours so I’m shattered when I get home and I burn a lot of energy at work as I’m always on my feet so I get super hungry always..so I feel that doing it all now during lockdown and then when lockdowns over changing to a balanced diet once I’m happy with my body, it’s because if I go back to work with the weight I am now, I’m my head it drives me crazy, I just think what’s the point, and just carry on eating, it’s a horrible feeling..but I do get that losing fast is not a wise idea..

Not really, it’s hard to get it into my head when I look at myself and just want to be better, I agree that starving myself is bad as it will just make me put it all back on in the long run but I kinda thought doing this and when I reach my goal I will just go onto a balanced diet. I don’t really know a lot about eating disorders..I will definitely give this a read! Thankyou x

Losing weight will take time and starving yourself is not the best idea. This happens to me too as my weight fluctuates. The best thing to do overall is to make sure your eating the right nutrients and exercise. Since it’s lockdown do home workouts ( you can find on YouTube ), skip rope and go out for daily walks. It’ll obviously take longer than the date you had planned but it’s a better option.
