Texting

Is there something wrong with me, after texting/flirting with a girl for a few days I get bored of her even though the conversation is flowing so I kind of slowly start to leave her and get back to real life studies and exams for a few months until I get the feeling to text someone new and end up repeating the process.

I think this feeling of getting bored of the other individual is when they start showing signs of affection but then I don't quite know why I start wanting to leave.

Maybe your just not ready for a committed relationship yet and subconsciously sabotage the relationship before it gets serious.

I see, why is it that I act this way when I've never actually dated anyone? At most I asked someone out on text as a joke during a conversation and led to her crying when she found out that I was joking.
