Ah right... Yeah that would be jokes man. Tbh from what i've heard/seen degrees don't make that much difference, my brother just did a placement year, and one of the workers was in the same uni year of some course as the manager- apparently the worker was ''the clever one'' at uni 
Yeah I noticed that personally. Most of it is about connections anyway. That's why I was planning to use my brother and see if he could help me get onto the grad scheme.
The clever guy at uni only does well if they are also good with people. Jobs in big companies require the one who gets along with people and is competent, if you get a guy who's a genius but does the work on his own, he's not suited for working in a big company imo.

Yeah for sure, who you know not what you know as they say. It's good you got a connection through your bro tbh because it's a branch to start networking from.
Agree man. Seen a few people like that from college to Uni and then Uni to work is an even bigger gap. You seem to have got that down though tbh from how you sound online. Gotta look out for the casual racism as well tbh. Working in a company requires social competency, which is more important than academic ability imo. Also from hearing stuff a lot of people fail to reciprocate their academic success into their work and it's usually the people who are just above average who make the best workers.

a sig is just your personal thing which you can choose to have below every one of your posts. Click on the little blue button on the right hand side of bottom of posts. Mine for example contains the beautiful Mr. Januzaj I dunno, didn't even know it was tweeted
