Am I only one who's going with a PS3...?

Oh dear.

Anyway, my question: Is online multiplayer gaming any easier when in halls? Because I'm wondering whether there's some kind of network that allows only the students with the same internet connection to play together online. Would be easier than having to go online internationally and find your flatmates.

But ultimately, how much gaming is there in the halls? I enjoy a game of Call of Duty, but not to the extent I'd join the video game society lol.

You can go online pretty easily although I don't think it's set up as a LAN so yeah you'd have to find people you know over PSN.

Taking a 360. Better than the PS3. Bring on the new call of duty and fifa.

the uni halls network isn't the fastest but i played xbox live all year at monte3 and it worked fine.
