Poll: Where do you open your stocking?

Just wondering because I was discussing this with my friends a while ago. Out of me and my 3 best friends, 2 of us have always had our stockings in the livingroom by the fire and opened them with our parents, and the other 2 had them in their rooms and opened them as soon as they woke up without their parents. I was just wondering what happened for everyone else?

It's different for me. It depends if I'm having christams with my mum or if its with dad. (They're divorced.)
Mum: Downstairs/In her room
Dad: In my room

In someone's bedroom. My sister and me tend to open them together and we have gone and woken up others in the past. This year opened it in my room.

Two, actually - one for each side of the room. My sister broke one a while ago, after doing the aforementioned 'flying around the room'.

I don't get stockings, they just got delivered from their various sources and last night sorted into three piles for mom, dad and me.
