Help with choosing A levels!? so confused.. :S

Hey everyone,
well i got my GCSE results-(pretty sh*t tbh) 1a*, 2a's, 6b's and 3c's.
For a levels i chose:
Maths
IT
Chemistry
Art.
plus enrichment course of Financial Literacy(which is extra course alongside A-level)

i wanted to ask if those a levels would be any helpful if i wanted to be chartered accountant or accounting with finance ..??
Also, what undergraduate course would i need to take at uni?
