Of course it is the university's fault, which is why I suggested she drop out, and which is why the university will probably be fined for its stupidity in future.

PGCE PCET - post compulsory education and training.
For teaching in FE, Adult Numeracy and Literacy and Prisons.

Why can't you get a student loan?

I'm doing an MEC at the moment, so we don't get a student loan for that, we just get a bursary for it. Don't worry about PGCEs not getting any money :smile:

Yeah its annoying they havent announced anything yet for the PGCEs's, wonder if this is bad news as they want people to apply before they announce theyre cutting the bursarys etc..
